You must take the time to read and understand it before buying a tuition from tuitiontrend.org service (a unit of zoric digital advertising agency). By registering, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us based on these Terms and Conditions. 

1. If you want to teach any tuition so you have to pay security money on the website.
2. Security money is depends upon the tuition fees of first month [security money is the half of your tuition fess].
3. Security money is refundable; if  your tuition is not continued within 2 days of demo classes.
4. We will pay you the first month fees after the completion of your tuition classes.
5. after first month, a tuition teacher shall accept full responsibility for the price quoted for his service and collection of fees.
6. we are not liable for any misbehavior or any type of dispute between the teacher and the parents and also we are not liable for your security money in this condition.
7. you can not negotiate with parents regarding tuition fees without any consultation with our executives.
8. if a parent raise a request regarding reducing tuition fees without knowing us and you agreed to it then in this case we will barred you from our services.
9. If a tuition teacher discontinues or leaves the assigned tuition on their own decision after commencement, at any stage, Tuition Trend shall not be liable to refund any registration fee, security amount, or any amount already deposited by the teacher.
10. If the assigned tuition is discontinued by the parents within one month or less from the start date, the tutor shall be paid 70% of the collected tuition fee, after a 30% service deduction by Tuition Trend. This condition is applicable only for discontinuation initiated by the parents. In normal tuition cases, the standard service deduction is 50%. However, for tuitions that discontinue within one month or less, Tuition Trend shall apply only a 30% deduction.
11. By accepting the tuition assignment, the tutor agrees to this payment adjustment policy.
